Ingredients

 

240g of Monte Verde Fusilli Ortolano (Artisan made tri-colored fusilli pastas)

1 jar of Monte Verde 4 Cheeses Sauce 350g (Or any tomato-based sauce of your choice from the Monte Verde sauce selection)

1 tbsp Monte Verde Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grated parmesan cheese

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

Monte Verde Sea Salt and black pepper to taste

 

 

Method

 

SAUCE:

 

Saute the garlic with the olive oil until fragrant. Shake sauce jar before opening. Pour sauce into the sauce pan of fragrant garlic. Bring to simmer. Do not boil.

 

PASTA:

 

Boil the fusilli until cook. Drain and pour into a bowl. Toss cooked fusilli gently with ready sauce until evenly mixed. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Place onto serving plates and sprinkle 2 dashes of grated parmesan cheese over the pasta. Garnish the dish with 3 basil leaves on top. Serve with love.
